IGY České Budějovice
The IGY project is an extensive complex in the centre of České Budějovice and maximises the synergy of its commercial, administrative and relaxation functions. The IGY office premises can be found on the 2nd to 7th floor of building B and on the 2nd to 4th floor of building C. The total leasable area of the offices is 8 300 m2 and can be adjusted as open space or separate offices, depending on requirements.
The IGY project includes a three-floor shopping mall comprising of 62 retail units, services, restaurants and cafés, an Albert supermarket, a fitness and wellness centre and a convention centre with a variable hall with the capacity of up to 450 persons. Furthermore IGY includes a multi-storey car park with 387 covered parking spaces and 72 uncovered located on the roof of the shopping gallery. In close proximity to the gallery there are three bus and trolley stops and a link to the city bypass with exit roads to Prague, Brno and Plzeň.
