CPI Property Group has opened a new retail park in Ružomberok called CityMarket. The 4,500 m² retail park offers visitors a total of 14 stores, among the largest include: BILLA, Planeo Electronics, Orion, 101 Drugstore, Sportissimo, Orange, TXM or CCC shoes with an adjacent 160 capacity car park.
CityMarket represents the Group‘s 29th addition to its Czech and Slovak retail park portfolios. The construction of the shopping park was launched in May of this year, with the successful acceptance and handover of rental units earlier this month. "I would like to thank the whole team and everyone involved in the preparation and implementation of the project," said Pavel Jirasek, Senior Asset Manager responsible for the retail warehouse portfolio at CPI Property Group. The Group also owns a network of Family Center retail parks, properties with retail chains Tesco and Terno hypermarkets or Lozorno logistics park. Next year, the Group opens its thirtieth retail park and additional CityMarket in Třinc, with a total area of 3,000 m².
