Chief Executive Officer
David Greenbaum was appointed CEO of CPI Property Group in November 2023. David previously held the role of CFO of CPIPG from February 2018. David joined CPIPG after 16 years at Deutsche Bank, where he was most recently co-head of Debt Capital Markets for the CEEMEA region. In November 2023, David was also appointed as Managing Director.
Chief Operating Officer
Zdeněk Havelka was appointed Chief Operating Officer of CPI Property Group in November 2023. Zdeněk is responsible for the Group's property management, operational risk management, communications and IT. Zdeněk has been at CPIPG since 2002, during which time he has held Chief Financial Officer, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director roles.
Group Finance Director
Pavel Měchura was appointed Group Finance Director of CPI Property Group in February 2018. Pavel is responsible for the Group's accounting and reporting, consolidation, valuations, and strategic planning. Pavel joined CPIPG in 2010 and prior to that, spent six years with KPMG.
Director of Acquisitions, Asset Management & Sales
Tomáš Salajka was appointed Director of Acquisitions, Asset Management & Sales of CPI Property Group from June 2014. Tomáš is responsible for asset management and transactions across all countries within the Group’s portfolio. Prior to joining the Group, Tomáš worked for GE Real Estate CEE/Germany for 10 years and ČSOB for 3 years. In November 2023, Tomáš was also appointed as Managing Director.
Director of CPI Hotels
Jan Kratina has served since 2008 as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of CPI Hotels. He is responsible for the strategic development and expansion of the Group's hotel portfolio over recent years. Jan joined CPIPG in 2006 as Executive Director and has a long track record of over 20 years in the hospitality industry.
Senior Advisor
Martin Němeček is responsible for high-value projects that are strategic within CPIPG. Martin joined CPIPG in 2011 and served as CEO of the Group and a member of the Board between 2014 and 2023. He played a key role in CPIPG’s transformation from a local champion into a European leader over the past decade. Martin has well over 20 years of real estate experience and previously spent ten years at Linklaters and Dentons law firms.
Head of Corporate Finance
Stefano Filippi joined CPIPG in April 2024 as the Head of Corporate Finance. Stefano’s responsibilities include optimising the Group’s capital structure and reducing the Group’s complexity. Additionally, he serves as the country manager for CPIPG Italy. Prior to joining CPIPG, Stefano worked for more than 25 years in investment banking. From 2016 to 2024, he led the cross-border structuring function of the EMEA Merger and Acquisition Advisory Practice at Barclays, focusing on cross-border combinations, complex acquisitions and disposition strategies.
Director, Corporate Strategy and Board Secretary
Mindee Lee is responsible for driving the Corporate Strategy for the Group and its associated investments. Mindee also serves as the Secretary to the Board of Directors. Prior to joining CPIPG in August 2021, she worked in real estate investment funds in Asia and Europe, and before that as a capital markets originator at Deutsche Bank.
Head of External Reporting
Petr Mizera is responsible for the Group's preparation of external financial reports, financial forecasts and internal analysis. Petr joined CPIPG in 2014 previously working at WPB Capital for three years.
Head of IFRS & Consolidation
Mirek Bednář is responsible for the Group's IFRS accounting and preparation of consolidated financial statements. Mirek joined CPIPG in 2018 after previously working at EY for 11 years.
Head of Treasury
Jan Galečka is CPIPG's Head of Treasury, responsible for the Group's treasury, financial risk management and cash management activities. Jan worked at ČEZ for almost four years before joining CPIPG in 2012.
Group Tax Manager
Martin Philipp is CPIPG's Group Tax Manager, responsible for the Group's tax-related activities across all jurisdictions. Martin joined CPIPG in 2012 after previously working at KPMG for eight years.
Head of Czech Republic Accounting & Tax
Miloš Differenc is responsible for the Group's accounting and tax matters in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Milos joined CPIPG in 2018 and, prior to that, worked for CTP, Raiffeisenbank and KPMG.
Head of Service & Holding Companies
Erik Morgenstern is responsible for the operation and administration of service and holding companies at CPI Property Group. Erik joined CPIPG in 2004, and since then, he’s held several positions in the finance function of the Group.
Finance Manager, Asset Management
Jana Javurkova is responsible for all finance, budgeting and reporting issues related to all segments of Asset Management CZ & SK. Jana joined CPIPG in 2014 and, before that, worked at ORCO PROPERTY GROUP for 14 years.
Group General Legal Counsel
Martin Matula, General Counsel, is responsible for strategic guidance and coordination of legal matters across the Group. Martin joined CPIPG in 2014 and has overseen the Group’s expansion in recent years. Prior to joining CPIPG, Martin worked at ORCO PROPERTY GROUP for eight years. Martin is also a member of the CSR Committee.
Head of Group Internal Audit
Jiří Jelínek is responsible for the Group Internal Audit, Risk Management, and processes management in CPIPG since March 2021. Prior to joining CPIPG, he worked at Veolia as Internal Audit Director for the CEE region and at Sanofi Czech Republic as well as in the US as Head of Internal Controls for North America, Canada and Puerto Rico.
Jiří is also a strong accounting professional who graduated from ACCA, a Member of the Statutory body of CIIA Czech Institute of Internal Audit and Mediator.
Group Sustainability Officer
Petra Hajná was appointed CPIPG's Group Sustainability Officer in January 2021 and is responsible for Group's environmental strategy, data collection and reporting. Petra joined CPIPG in 2019, working as a project manager in the Czech Republic. Prior to joining CPIPG, Petra worked at Skanska for 13 years.
Head of Accounting
Mathieu Miklasz is Head of Accounting of CPI Property Group S.A. and has been with CPIPG since 2011. Mathieu has vast experience in various finance fields like corporate financing, legal structuring, accounting and tax. He is also registered with CSSF as a candidate for the obtention CCRE certificate.
Before joining CPI Property Group, Mathieu worked for a Swedish listed entity as a corporate accountant.
Senior Tax Manager
Anita Dubost is a Senior Tax Manager at CPIPG and has worked for the Group since 2007. She has also been a board member of CPI FIM since 2019. In her role, she oversees the tax operations of all entities within the Group. Before joining CPIPG in 2007, Anita worked in tax-related roles at Tristan Capital Partners and ATOZ.
Foreign Structures Manager
Lubos Raska was appointed CPIFIM's Senior Credit Specialist in March 2017 and is responsible for Group's financial structures, intercompany financing and reporting. Lubos joined CPIPG in 2011, working as a specialist in financial structures. Prior to joining CPIPG, Lubos worked in financial positions at KKCG and SAP.

Petr Brabec is responsible for the Group's Asset & Property Management in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Petr joined CPIPG in 2016 previously working for C&W, CBRE and ING Investment Management.
Head of Property Management
Ondřej Laně was appointed as the Head of Property and Facility Management in September 2020. He is responsible for the property management of retail schemes, offices and logistics in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Ondřej joined CPIPG in 2019 and, previously spent 11 years in various positions at ING REIM and CBRE.
Head of Office Asset Management
David Votřel was appointed Head of Offices Asset Management in October 2020 and is responsible for the portfolio of the office buildings and tenants in the Czech Republic. David joined CPIPG in 2013 after working at ORCO PROPERTY GROUP for seven years.
Head of Retail Warehouse Asset Management
Pavel Jirásek was appointed Head of Retail Warehouse Asset Management in November 2020 and is responsible for CPIPG's portfolio of retail parks, hypermarkets, supermarkets, hobby markets, logistics and special projects in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Pavel joined CPIPG in 2007 after previously working at dm drogerie markt.
Head of Shopping Centres Asset and Letting Management
Petr Žahour was appointed Head of Retail Leasing in February 2016 and is responsible for leading the team of leasing specialists for CPIPG's shopping centres and other retail units in the Czech Republic. Petr has previous experience in retail real estate leasing at Cushman & Wakefield, Multi Development and H&M.

Tomáš Novotný is responsible for the Group's IT systems, technical infrastructure and IT strategy. Tomáš joined CPIPG in 2011.
HR and Operations Director
Jitka Mácová is responsible for the Group’s HR and back-office functions, including car fleet administration and document processing. Jitka joined CPIPG in 2003.
Executive Director, Spojené farmy
Michal Heczko was appointed as Executive Director of Spojené farmy a.s. in 2013. Michal joined Spojené farmy in 2004, where he started his career as Project Manager.
Country Manager Slovakia
Ivan Nosko has worked at CPI Property Group since 2005, where he was involved in the set-up and creation of the division, CPI Slovakia a.s. He advanced to Division Director and assumed the management of the Slovak Republic real estate portfolio. He is currently responsible for the technical, administrative and operational management of the Slovakian real estate portfolio.
PR & Marketing Director / Spokesman
Jakub Velen is responsible for key communication activities for the entire group. Jakub joined CPIPG in 2018 previously working at Škoda Auto and before that at communication agency Bison & Rose and Ogilvy.

Petr Mácha was appointed as CEO of CPI BYTY in 2018. Petr joined CPIPG after previously working as Regional Finance Controller at Axis Communications responsible for the Eastern European region and before that as Business Controller at Johnson & Johnson Medical.

Oliver Schlink was appointed Chief Financial Officer for GSG Berlin in 2010 and has overseen the growth and expansion of the business over the past decade. Prior to joining GSG, Oliver worked at Deutsche Annington for nine years as Head of Controlling and also as Managing Director of Business Management for the Westphalia region.
Chief Operating Officer
Sebastian Blecke was appointed Chief Operating Officer of GSG Berlin again in 2024 after he has held this position from 2011 until 2022, before he moved to a Managing Director position at Sector Seven Investors. He is responsible for the company's operational strategy and asset management. During his real estate career, Sebastian held senior management positions with Sirius Facilities, GPT Halverton and VALAD Property Group.
Head of Property Management
Gabriela Els joined GSG Berlin in 2007 and is Head of Property Management, responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the properties. Gabriela previously held management positions at companies such as Catella Property Management, BB Hausverwaltung, and Bavaria Stadt und Land.

Gisbert Schwarze LL.M. joined GSG Berlin in 2012 and is leading the legal department as inhouse counsel. Gisbert previously worked as lawyer and held country Head of Legal positions at international real estate companies.
Country Manager
Barbara Topolska joined CPIPG in 2019 as Country Manager at CPI Poland, and she is responsible for the strategy and development of the company's Polish portfolio. Prior to joining CPIPG, she held senior positions in various real estate companies, including Multi Corporation, Neinver, Prime Property Inc. and Commercial Union.

Barbara Wieczorek is Chief Financial Officer at CPI Poland and has been with CPIPG since 2015, responsible for the corporate finance, accounting and tax of CPI Poland portfolio. Barbara has more than 20 years of experience in a number of finance positions within the real estate sector, including ORCO PROPERTY GROUP.

Marcin Mędrzycki is Head of Asset Management at CPI Poland, and he is responsible for the asset management of CPI Poland's office and retail properties. Before joining CPIPG, Marcin worked in the real estate sector across various roles since 2001 at CREAM and Caelum Development.
Technical Director
Cezary Kopij is Technical Director at CPI Poland, and he is responsible for leading the Facility Management, Project Management and Tenant Coordination teams. Cezary previously held roles at Neinver Polska, Hill International and Auchan.
Marketing and PR Director
Monika Olejnik-Okuniewska is Marketing & PR Director at CPI Poland, and she is in charge of the team responsible for marketing, communications and innovations. Before joining CPIPG, Monika worked at Multi Poland, Echo Investment and Neinver.
Country Manager
Mátyás Gereben was appointed Coutry Manager of CPI Hungary in 2015. Mátyás is responsible for leading the Hungarian operation and for the strategy and development of the Hungarian portfolio. Prior to joining CPIPG, he worked for TriGranit Development Corporation and Cushman & Wakefield.

Attila Madler is responsible for leading the overall asset management activities as Country Chief Asset Management Director. Attila joined CPIPG in 2015, previously working for the institutional German real estate company IVG for four years.
Country CFO
Tamás Pók is responsible for Finance at CPI Hungary, including accounting, controlling and taxation. Tamás joined CPIPG in 2019 and, before that, he spent 18 years at Vodafone in Hungary, Romania and the UK.
Facility Management Director
Gyula Győri has been working at CPI Hungary since 2013. His main focus is the rational operation, fine-tuning of buildings, and the planning of long-term maintenance strategies. During the development and renovation of buildings, he actively participates in compiling the technical content—preparation and project management of energy investments. Optimising energy consumption is the main goal at the portfolio level. Previously, for 10 years, he was involved in planning prominent data centres, optimising emergency energy supply and maintaining their high operational level.

Bea Déri is responsible for PR, marketing, brand and design management at CPI Hungary. Bea joined CPIPG in 2015, and, before that she headed an integrated communications agency and was a strategic consultant in communications for international and multinational companies.

Zita Kovács-Bertók is responsible for leading the Office business development, leasing, myhive operation and Community management departments at CPI Hungary. Zita joined CPIPG in 2022; previously, she worked for IMMOFINANZ, its predecessors, CBRE and CPB Immobilien.

Kateřina Zelená joined CPI Hotels in 2020 as Director of Sales & Marketing and is responsible for the strategic development of sales and marketing of the Group's hotel portfolio. Kateřina joined CPIPG in 2019 and has more than 15 years of international sales experience in the hospitality industry.
HR & Internal Communication Director
Barbora Veselá was appointed HR & Internal Communication Director at CPI Hotels since 2020 and is responsible for the strategic development of HR & internal communication within the Group's hotel portfolio, including Corporate Social Responsibility. Barbora joined CPIPG in 2020 and has more than ten years of HR and communication experience.
Chairman, independent, non-executive member
Edward has been a member of the Board of Directors since March 2014. He has been engaged in real estate investment, consultancy and brokerage activities in Central Europe for more than 20 years. Edward is an experienced real estate and finance professional having engaged in many significant asset acquisitions, and development projects in the region. Edward is a Chartered Accountant, after starting his career with Arthur Andersen (London – 1988), in September 1991 he transferred to the Prague office. Since this time, he has been almost exclusively focused on Central Europe including during his employment as an Associate Director of GE Capital Europe. Edward is a graduate of Trinity College, Dublin where he majored in Business and Economics with Honours (1988).

Jonathan has been a member of the Board since 6 December 2020. He is an independent real estate consultant who practised for 40 years as a solicitor, most recently as a real estate partner at international law firm CMS. He started his career at law firm DJFreeman where he became chief executive. During his career as a solicitor he has advised both developers and institutional investors on major office developments in the City of London and in the UK as well as portfolio acquisitions and financings. He has been involved on the remuneration committee of substantial law firms as well as performing management roles. He is currently adviser to a number of family offices with significant property portfolios as well as a lending fund. Outside of his business interests he is on the international board of Israel Bonds and chairman of UK Jewish Film. Jonathan is a graduate of Manchester University where he obtained a degree in Economics.

Philippe has been a member of the Board of Directors since 28 May 2014. End of 2020 Philippe retired from his executive functions with CMA (Crans Montana Ski Resort). Before joining CPI Property Group, Philippe acted as Chairman of Seveneast, a private wealth management firm in Switzerland, from 2009 to 2015. He was a Member of the Executive Committee and Head of Wealth Management at Renaissance Investment Management in Moscow from August 2006 to January 2008. Prior to joining Renaissance Investment Management, Philippe worked with UBP for two years where he was a Member of the Executive Committee and Head of Private Banking. Philippe worked for Lazard Group for more than ten years, as a General Partner of Lazard Frères & Co., New York (from January 1994 to January 2002), Managing Director of Lazard Brothers, London (from January 2002 to February 2004) and CEO of Crédit Agricole Lazard Financial Products Bank, London, a derivatives subsidiary of Lazard Group (from April 1995 to June 2003). Prior to that, Philippe held executive positions at AIG Financial Products, Credit Suisse First Boston and Solomon brothers in New York. Philippe was a member of the board of Fellows at Harvard Medical School for ten years (1992–2002). He holds an MBA from IMD (Lausanne) and a Doctorate in Medicine from the University of Geneva (1982–1984) (Nuclear Medicine), is Fellow of the Harvard Medical School (1978–1981), received an MD degree from the University of Geneva in 1980 and holds a Masters in Philosophy from the University of Geneva.

David joined CPIPG after 16 years at Deutsche Bank, where he was most recently co-head of Debt Capital Markets for the CEEMEA region based in London and previously worked in Singapore and New York. During his career as a banker, he has worked with both private and public institutions on raising financing across various jurisdictions. He started his career at Alliance Capital Management in New York. David is a graduate of Cornell University, where he majored in English Language and Literature.

Tomáš has been a member of the Board of Directors since 10 March 2014. Tomáš is responsible for asset management of the Group’s portfolio, including all the transactions and platforms in Germany, Poland and Hungary. Before joining CPI Property Group, Tomáš was CEO of Orco Property Group and also was working over the last 10 years for GE Real Estate Germany/CEE where his latest position was the Head of Asset Management & Sales CEE and before that for CSOB in the Restructuring Department. He studied foreign trade at the University of Economics in Prague, Czech Republic (VSE).
Independent, non-executive member
Omar has been a member of the Board of Directors since 29 May 2019. Omar is a seasoned property professional and a RICS qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years of experience. Omar is from the UK, but has spent most of his career working in the CEE region in roles such as the Managing Director of Colliers International and DTZ Zadelhoff in the Czech Republic and has also held senior Director positions at both Avestus Capital Partners and the Orco Property Group. Omar currently runs his own independent real estate advisory business and holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Land Economics from the University of West of Scotland.

Oliver has been a member of the Board of Directors since 28 May 2014. Oliver has been working for GSG Berlin for more than ten years. Oliver is solely responsible for finance areas (accounting, controlling, tax, financing), legal, HR and financially driven communication of GSG Berlin and has shared responsibility, with the other GSG Berlin managing directors, for the areas of IT and development. Oliver started his career at KPMG in 1998, where he worked for four years. In 2001 he joined Deutsche Annington (today Vonovia), where he worked for almost ten years, mostly as the Head of Controlling. In 2001, Oliver was responsible for managing one of the four regions of the Deutsche Annington group, comprising 43,000 flats in Westphalia. Oliver holds a dual degree in Business Administration and Engineering from TU Berlin, where he graduated as Diplom Wirtschaftsingenieur in 1997.

Tim was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors on 16 December 2021. Tim has been an advisor to Apollo Management International LLP since August 2013. He has been the commercial lead on multiple acquisitions and participated as a director on a number of boards, both in executive and non-executive roles. In the last 10 years, Tim has held a number of other advisory roles, including Lapithus Sarl, IBRC, Q Hotels and acting as a non-executive director to Rank Plc for seven years until the end of 2015. Prior to this, he was the CEO of GuocoLeisure Ltd, a listed leisure and property company on the Singapore exchange for four years and preceding this the CEO of its UK operating business. He has worked in the leisure and hospitality business for over 25 years, both in Europe, North America and Asia. Tim is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
