The biggest publishing house in the Czech Republic, Albatros Media, a.s., is moving its headquarters to a new location. The publisher will occupy some 2,200 m² in the MAYHOUSE office building on Prague’s 5. května street. It will start operating at the new address from 1 September 2021.
“We consider it quite a coup to have acquired Albatros Media as our tenant. Needless to say, we will do our best to provide an environment conducive to a successful business and make sure that employees of Albatros Media enjoy working under our roof. We are currently working together with the tenant on finalising the detailed specifications of their future offices so that we can hand them over-furnished according to the tenant’s needs and requirements,” said David Votřel, Head of Asset Management, Office Segment, at CPI Property Group.

MAYHOUSE is a new office building located in the most sought-after area of Prague 4, only a few minutes walk from metro stations Pražského povstání and Pankrác. Offices in the building facilitate modern ways of working in line with the latest trends. Across six aboveground floors, the building offers 7,800 m² of offices and amenities. Employees working in the building can even relax on the roof terrace with a view of Prague’s skyline. The building includes a co-working zone as well as facilities for exercise-minded people, including a fitness room, an exercise room and a bike locker room.
Filling a void between two houses on 5. května street, the building received its final approval in May 2019. Tenants currently residing in MAYHOUSE include 4finance IT and Zaplo Finance, with both companies members of the global financial holding 4finance Group. MAYHOUSE is owned by CPI Property Group. The property investment group is the biggest owner of office space in Prague.
