CPI Property Group gains ground with MAYHOUSE building project

CPI Property Group, a real estate investment group, has begun work on the MAYHOUSE office building, offering 7,700 m² of modern office space in the first half of 2019. The building sensitively fills a vacancy on the 5. května street in Prague in the sought-after location of Pankrác with views of Prague Castle.

"In preparing the MAYHOUSE project, we principally concentrated on the efficient use of space for larger and smaller companies. The building minimises common corridors and other "deaf" spaces and is very flexible in terms of office size. Unique to the project, is its location on Prague's main thoroughfare and the associated exceptional visibility of tenants," said Pavel Hain-Schmiedbersky, Senior Office Asset Manager at CPI Property Group.

The building is situated directly on Prague's main thoroughfare, which guarantees future tenants excellent access not only to the Prague ring road but also to the D1 motorway. The building enjoys favourable proximity to public transport, thanks to convenient pedestrian access to Pankrác and Pražského povstání metro stations. Large-format windows deliver exceptional daylight to the building and significantly, display the illuminated logo of each tenant located behind the building’s facade, which thanks to its location offers maximum visibility. There is also underground parking including bicycle storage, commercial business units on the ground floor and a roof terrace overlooking Prague Castle.

The general contractor is PSJ. At present, construction is underway of the lower structure of the building, in which there will be 69 underground parking places. The 6-storey building will create office space, with a typical floor offering approximately 1,580 m².
