Real estate investment company CPI Property Group has started the construction of the residential project ‘Family Homes Březiněves’ offering 115 exclusive homes over four construction phases. The tapping of the foundation stone ceremony was undertaken by Zdeněk Havelka Executive Director, CPI Property Group, Jiří Haramul Mayor of Březiněves and Josef Raboch Project Manager, CPI Property Group. "We greatly appreciate the public’s confidence interested in our residential property and with this additional opportunity to build on the successful implementation of family living in southern Březiněves. The first phase of construction includes 28 houses of various types, with the planned completion for spring, 2018. The real estate group views its responsibility towards its project locations earnestly, thus part of the ceremony included the donation of a CZK 100,000 cheque to the Březiněves kindergarten.
