CPI Property Group, a real estate and investment group, obtains two nominations for its projects in the 17th annual announcement of the competition Best of Realty. Meteor Centre Office Park C in Prague was nominated by the expert jury in the category of New Administrative Centre. Another nomination in the category of Shopping Centres goes to Retail Park Čáslav.
The administrative complex Meteor Centre Office Park C has enriched a prestigious office location in Prague 8 with its offer of the highest standard offices. Among the major tenants of the building belong for example companies Channel Crossings, Broadridge Czech Republic, Otidea or Bel Sýry Česko. "There's a lot of interest in office space in Meteor C, which has also been confirmed by the signing of new lease agreements. Currently, approximately 60% of office space in the building is being leased,“ said Martin Kobylka, Office Letting Manager of CPI Property Group. The second nominated project is Retail Park Čáslav, which is wholly occupied and includes stores Sportisimo, dm drogerie, Kik textil, Expert elektro, Wiki and CCC Boty.
