CPI Property Group has opened a brand-new CityMarket retail park in Třinec. Totalling an area of almost 3,100 m², customers will find seven business units specifically, Orion, Pet Center, Pepco, Euronics, Teta Drogerie, Martes Sport and KiK Textil stores, with the latter two tenants opening to the public in the coming weeks. The retail park is 100% occupied with 62 parking spaces available.
The construction of the Group’s 29th retail park in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, began in the 4th quarter of 2016. "I would like to thank the whole team and all those involved in the project and I wish the retail park every success," said Pavel Jirásek, Senior Asset Manager responsible for the Retail Warehouse portfolio of CPI Property Group. In Třinec, the Group also owns the Tesco hypermarket and the neighbouring retail park with a lettable area of 7,500 m².
