CPI Retail Park Čáslav welcomed its first customers

CPI Retail Park Čáslav in the Czech Republic opened to the public, and the first customers walked right into six new stores. Specifically to the Sportisimo, dm drogerie, Kik textiles, Expert electronics, Wiki and CCC Shoes. The retail park, whose construction began in early June this year, so adding local commercial zone on Jeníkovská Street near the exit of the ring road of the Čáslav city.

The project in Čáslav is already the 25th retail park in the Czech portfolio of CPI Property Group. "I would like to thank the whole team and all those who participated in the preparation and implementation of this project,“ said Radan Kamenický, responsible manager of CPI Property Group. Opened retail park with a total rentable area of 2,600 m²  is wholly occupied by tenants.

CPI Property Group is the largest owner of retail space in the Czech Republic. It owns and manages over 620,000 m², which is a tenth of the total area of domestic retail areas. The Group at the end of October officially opened the multifunctional complex Quadrio in the centre of Prague. It enriched Prague city centre by the shopping mall with 66 stores on four floors, by the luxury apartments and offer of first-class offices.
