Family Houses Březiněves has won the Architects' Award for the Prague 8 region in the prestigious competition, Real Estate Project of the Year. "We very much appreciate this award. It is proof for us that we carry out professional work while simultaneously motivated and committed to our additional residential projects," Karel Schuster, Project Manager of Family Houses Březiněves, said during the ceremony. The Real Estate Project of the Year competition involves the most popular development projects from individual regions of the Czech Republic. The results were published within the Real Estate Congress 2017.
The Family Houses Březiněves project provides homes that are characterised by timeless architecture set in a quiet, village location. The newly designed neighbourhood in Prague 8 continues to expand on the existing development, offering 115 exclusive family houses in several stages. CPI Property Group follows on from its very successful Jižní Stráň project in Březiněves, where its new homeowners have been living happily since 2009. The project won first place in the House of the Year 2009 contest voted by an expert jury organised by My House magazine.
