FNZ move into Rašínova 7 building in Brno

CPI Property Group's administrative building Rašínova 7 in Brno’s city centre reports 100% occupancy. The building accomplished full capacity with its new tenant financial technology company, FNZ. The company’s Brno branch became the exclusive user of the building with a total area of nearly 7,000 m². Grant Macleod, FNZ General Manager in Brno, commented: “FNZ has experienced significant growth in recent years and the teams based in Brno have been central to this success. Yet the pace in which we’ve expanded has resulted in having colleagues split across multiple offices throughout the city.  We’re now delighted to have a single, modern and spacious office in central Brno which brings all of our people together and represents our ongoing commitment to the city.”

CPI Property Group has successfully completed a long-term lease agreement with FNZ. “We are pleased that FNZ in its search for a location decided to cooperate with CPI Property Group and one of our central Brno office buildings. The entire building on the corner of Moravian square, has been adapted so that the new tenant can feel not only presently satisfied, but in the long-term too, significantly exceeding the year 2020,” said Pavel Hain Schmiedberský, Head of Asset Management for offices and logistics in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The Group owns two further office buildings in Brno, Moravské náměstí 8 with 4,605 m² of floor space and Purkyňova 101 with 10,276 m², both are fully leased at present. Furthermore, CPI Property Group additionally owns the former Geofyzika Brno enterprise and the well-known Zbrojovka factory, which is currently in preparation for a new development project, which will be presented to the public at the beginning of October.
