Grand opening of the Palais Maeterlinck Luxury Apartments

CPI Property Group along with Sotheby's Côte d’Azur organised a celebration to mark the completion of the Palais Maeterlinck residential complex in the resort town of Nice. Invited guests had a special opportunity to take an exclusive tour of the luxury apartments. The symbolic ribbon cutting was performed on behalf of the project developer and investor by Igor Klajmon, the director of development for CPI Property Group, and on behalf of the exclusive seller by Peter Illovský, the partner of Sotheby's Côte d'Azur. The rich programme accompanying the event included a show of artwork from the OSCAR Gallery, live performances by members of the Opéra de Nice and a presentation of luxurious Aston Martin vehicles. "We are delighted that the luxury residential project Palais Maeterlinck in an exclusive area of the Côte d’Azur has been successfully completed. The complex consists of 25 residences and a future owners offers exceptional above standard housing, sea views from each apartment, spacious gardens, an outdoor pool or direct access to a private lift to the beach," said Igor Klajmon with the fact that 12 apartments be left to sell at this moment. 

Situated on a nearly four-hectare parcel, Palais Maeterlinck has a total of 25 residences with floor plans ranging from 160 to 400 m² at a price of €4.5 to 16 million. The CPI Property Group purchased the resort in the spring of 2012 with the intention of converting the original hotel into a luxury residential complex. The French real estate agency Sotheby’s Côte d’Azur is handling sales and communication with clients.
