Phase C of the Meteor Office Centre in Prague's Karlín district has obtained occupancy approval. "All construction work was successfully completed and we're now working on fit-outs and handing over the premises to the new tenant," said Petr Kulhánek, a project manager at CPI Property Group. Construction began in August 2013 and the investment, including the price of acquiring the plot, reached CZK 287 million. "I'm happy whenever we complete a project," said Igor Klajmon, director of development at CPI Property Group. "That's why after the autumn opening of the Quadrio multipurpose centre at Národní Třída I see the completion of Meteor C as a great accomplishment by everyone who contributed to it."
The Channel Crossings language agency is among the first tenants moving into the attractive, brand new offices. "We are a growing company, which is why we were looking for offices that are sufficiently spacious and comfortable," said managing director Lenka Doležalová Pavilková. "Meteor C permits us to take a modern approach to both our office and teaching spaces."
Located at a prestigious address in the centre of Karlín, Meteor C offers first-rate office and commercial space over some 4,700 m². The spaces can be flexibly divided according to the tenant's wishes and some of the spaces also include an attractive terrace. "There is a lot of interest in offices at Meteor C thanks to its great location, fresh design and flexibility," said Eva Lovětínská, office lease manager at CPI Property Group. "Almost half the office space is already occupied." The Meteor C project also includes commercial units at street level and executive apartments on the top floor offering peaceful and comfortable accommodation with beautiful views and excellent connections to the city centre. The Meteor Centre Office Park is located in one of the fastest developing areas of Prague, which is being transformed into a prestigious office location in close proximity to the centre. The building complex is located right near the Křižíkova metro station (line B).
