CPI Property Group entered into a new lease agreement for offices in the Quadrio multifunctional complex. MetLife Europe Limited will move its Czech branch into attractive new headquarters right above the Národní Třída metro station. "We chose Quadrio because of its attractive location in the centre and its modern office space, which meets our requirements," said Klára Ondráčková, operations director of the Czech branch of Metlife Europe Limited. "We are also pleased with the environmental efficiency of the building." The insurance company will move into its new offices on the fourth floor, with a total area of 2,500 m², at the end of May. "There's a lot of interest in office space in Quadrio, as we can see from these two new lease agreements," said Pavel Semrád, CPI Property Group's Director of Asset Management for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. "Currently, approximately 81% of office space in the building is being leased."
