Quadrio celebrated the final approval by the ceremonial of tree planting

Director of Development CPI Property Group Igor Klajmon together with the Mayor of Prague 1, Oldrich Lomecky, and the Deputy Mayor of the City Prague Jiri Nouza symbolically started planting trees on the square in front of the Quadrio complex. "The project Quadrio in this part of the historical centre of Prague 1 plays an important role in creating a new public space. The resulting square with greenery, benches and garden terraces build on the system of our urban pedestrian zones,“ said Mayor of Prague 1, Oldrich Lomecky when the first tree from a total of 19 was planted. "Not just any tree, but every bit of green to the centre of Prague built a great price. If the project adds more interesting solutions of public space, I believe it will be one of the favourite places for Prague residents and visitors,“ said Deputy Mayor Jiri Nouza. The ceremonial act took place just a few days after the complex was successfully approved. "For the full completion of the retail part, there are only interior modifications according to the requirements of future tenants. Shopping mall Quadrio opens its doors to the first visitors on Friday 31 October 2014," revealed the opening dates of Development Director CPI Property Group Igor Klajmon.
