Quadrio is the new home of the MOL Group in the Czech Republic, MetLife insurance is coming soon

CPI Property Group has welcomed its first tenant to the exclusive offices of its multifunctional Quadrio Complex. Associated companies of the Hungarian gas and oil group MOL (Slovnaft Czech Republic, Pap Oil, and MOL Retail) have moved into the attractive site directly above the Národní Třída metro station in the centre of Prague. "The Group has leased more than 2,500 m² of office space from us. From the outset they appreciated above all the location with its excellent access to public transport and the high standard of the building with its modern technology," said Pavel Hain-Schmiedberský, Head of Asset Management of the CPI Property Group agency. The next office tenant, who will be moving into Quadrio in May, is MetLife Insurance. In all 16,400 m² of office space are available to rent in the building. "The lease of office space for Quadrio is going very well; approximately 80% of the space has been reserved. Only the most attractive floors with a unique view over Prague are available," said Pavel Semrád, Director of Asset Management for the CPI Property Group in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

The multifunctional complex Quadrio, found at a prestigious address with excellent transport and pedestrian access, has enriched the centre of Prague with its offer of offices of the highest standard. Thanks to its position directly above a metro station, its technical parameters, and efficiency, as well as unique panoramic views from the highest floors and its own parking capacity, it is unrivalled in the centre of Prague. Exclusive offices provide tenants with high comfort, modern design, and top quality services in an attractive location directly in the centre of the capital. Other parts of the complex include a shopping centre and luxury accommodation in a separate residential building, meeting the current lifestyle demands of major European cities. The development also significantly contributed to the development of new public spaces. A new square with a café, restaurant, and greenery is freely connected to a system of pedestrian zones, which is dominated by a rotating statue of the head of Franz Kafka by sculptor David Černý. Quadrio has achieved success in a number of competitions, winning awards for Best Office Project and Environmentally Friendly Construction at the 2014 CIJ Awards, while the managers of the CPI Property Group took the even more prestigious Developer of the Year 2014 award. A further award in the category of best offices came at the 2014 Best of Realty competition.
