Quadrio welcomes new tenant: TAT

CPI Property Group has signed a lease agreement to rent offices in the multi-purpose centre Quadrio for the Thai government organisation, Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) in Prague. TAT will move into the first-class administrative space on the fifth floor with a total area of 292 m² this September. “We were delighted with the interest of the Tourism Authority of Thailand concerning their new offices at Quadrio. We now have 93% of our office capacity leased and we expect that by the end of 2016 we could achieve 100%,“ said Martin Kobylka, Office Letting Manager at CPI Property Group.

The organisation, acting under the established brand “AMAZING THAILAND“ promotes the Kingdom of Thailand in the field of tourism and culture. It furthers tourism via its foreign branches in 24 cities worldwide, including European capitals: Stockholm, Paris, Frankfurt, Rome, Moscow and now Prague. Upon moving into Quadrio, TAT will be joining the ranks among other major tenants, such as Cushman & Wakefield, MOL, Zenova and MetLife. “Quadrio’s office spaces were from the beginning a clear favourite for us, we wanted the Prague office to be centrally located and close to our customers in a new and attractive building which Quadrio, undoubtedly is,“ says Ms. Wiyada Srirangkul, Director of TAT, Prague.

The multi-functional complex Quadrio, found at its prestigious, central address with excellent transport and pedestrian access, offers the highest standard in office spaces. Thanks to being directly above a metro station, its technical parameters, efficiency, as well as unique panoramic views from the highest floors make Quadrio unrivalled in Prague’s city centre. Exclusive offices provide tenants with a high degree of comfort, modern design, and top quality services all in the heart of the city. The complex also includes a shopping centre and luxury accommodation in a separate residential building along with a large underground car park meeting the current lifestyle demands of any major city in Europe. The development also significantly contributed to the expansion and enrichment of local outdoor public areas. A new square with a café, restaurant, and greenery is freely connected to a system of pedestrian zones dominated by David Černý’s multi-segmented revolving statue of Franz Kafka. Quadrio has achieved success in a number of competitions, winning awards for best office project and environmentally friendly construction at the 2014 CIJ Awards, while the managers of the CPI Property Group took the even more prestigious Developer of the Year Award. A further award in the category of best offices came at the 2014 Best of Realty competition.
