AQUA-Höfe is an office complex located on Lobeckstraße, in Kreuzberg, Berlin. The property provides over 19,000 m² of GLA for office tenants and was extended in recent years.
The building with its multi-coloured façades, clinker bricks, pilasters and round arches was completed in 1898 and extended in the 1970s with two new buildings towards Lobeckstraße. Until the late 1990s, the complex was home to the fittings and metal goods factory Aqua-Butzke Werke AG, which has lent its name to the location as we know it today.
In 2019, the top floor of the historic building was extended, and the functional buildings on Lobeckstraße were given two additional floors. Around 5,000 m² of additional commercial space was created.
