Bubenská 1, located in Bubny, Prague 7, is one of the most important buildings of functionalist architecture in Prague.

The spacious building, designed according to the principles of Functionalism, was originally completed in 1935. It was extensively redeveloped in 2020 into a new flagship office and is home to the media company WPP. The redevelopment was carried out carefully to align it with the highest contemporary quality office space standards while meticulously preserving its unique historical character.

Thanks to its position near an important traffic node and one of Prague’s trunk roads, Bubenská 1 is easily accessible by both car and public transport. Metro station Vltavská on the C Line is within easy reach, as are tram and bus stops. Reaching the historical city centre or Prague Airport takes a matter of minutes.
