Geneststraße 5 is an office complex located on Geneststraße in Berlin, comprising 33,000 m² of GLA.
In the 1870s, the technology of telegraphy made great strides, and a little later, the telephone began its triumphal procession. The company Mix & Genest quickly became a pioneer in the development and production of telephones and associated technology. The first production areas soon became too small. From 1905 to 1908, the main location was established in today’s Geneststraße.
The surrounding area is very busy and with excellent access to transport links.
Currently, GSG Berlin is modernizing the complete upper floor of the building and thus creating office space which perfectly suits the needs of today.
