Maximo shopping centre, which opened in November 2020, is the first new large-scale shopping centre in Rome in more than 15 years. Maximo boasts nearly 100% occupancy, with more than 60,000 m² GLA and over 150 tenants, located along Via Laurentina in the south of Rome and includes the first Primark in the Lazio region.
