The Warsaw Financial Center is one of Warsaw's most prestigious skyscrapers, and it provides the perfect location. Completed in 1998, the building almost instantly became an iconic symbol of the developing business district of the capital city, Warsaw.
The Warsaw Financial Center was designed by the American architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates – whose portfolio includes the iconic highrise office building 333 West Wacker Drive, in Chicago – in cooperation with A. Epstein & Sons International. The building they designed for Warsaw began the transformation of the Central Business District.
The Warsaw Financial Center offers 1,900 m² of A+ class office space on each floor, with 2.75 metre high ceilings and unlimited arrangement options.
