It also offers 766 underground car parking spaces and 379 bicycle parking spaces. The long list of services available in the tower includes a concierge service, a gym, cafés and restaurants, a car wash, high speed internet, a flower shop, a bike sharing service and a bike repair station.

The myhive Warsaw Spire complex, with the tower as its main part, was designed and built in accordance with the ecological requirements of the BREEAM Excellent Certificate and was awarded prizes at the Europa Property CEE Investment & Green Building Awards, in the category of “Green Building of the Future” and “The best architectural project in Poland 2011”. Moreover, in September 2016, the Plac Europejski, which is a part of the myhive Warsaw Spire office complex, was awarded a prize by the Association of Polish Urbanists, in a newly created public space category.
